Imaging Findings of Diffuse Cutaneous Neurofibroma as a Rare Case

چکیده
Diffüz kutanöz nörofibromlar, çocuklarda ve genç erişkinlerde görülen nadir bir nörofibroma varyantıdır. Bu lezyonlar kutanöz-subkutanöz yerleşimli olup yüzeysel olarak karşımıza çıkarlar. Derin tutulumu olmayan periferik sinirlerden ortaya çıkarlar veya derin pleksiform nörofibromun uzanımını temsil edebilirler. Pleomorfik nörofibrom ile diffüz nörofibromu ayırmak önemlidir, çünkü pleomorfik nörofibromların aksine nörofibromatoz tip 1 sadece %10 kadarı ilişkilidir bu lezyonların malign transformasyonu çok nadirdir. Biz olgumuzda vaka olgusunu histopatolojik tanısıyla beraber radyolojik bulgularını değerlendirmeyi amaçladık.
